To identify if you can bring a claim, we first require some basic information from you; to enable us to better understand the details surrounding your case.
Once we’ve received the initial information, a case handler will be assigned to review the details provided and be in contact with you, to advise on the next steps.



Sign an agreement to process your claim
At this stage, you will have received a copy of our standard CFA (Conditional Fee Agreement) or LOA (Letter of Authority) document, hosted securely through our cloud-based signing software, which will only take a brief moment.
The CFA is an agreement which states that our clients legal fees will only become payable should our client win their claim. By offering a conditional fee agreement, our solicitors are agreeing to work on a No Win No Fee basis.

Supply supporting documentation we request
Upon receipt of your details and a signed CFA or LOA agreement, we will then request a few more documents from you. These may include a copy of your finance agreement, photographic identification and proof of address. These documents will differ dependent on the claim you wish to bring with us.
If you did not upload these within the form process stage, then we will supply you with a secure link in order for you to send them over to us. We collate these documents in order to fully investigate the potential claim amount you may be entitled to.



Your case is passed into our AI-driven document management system
Our intelligent indexing system makes note of any data and details from any evidence provided, within your agreement(s) and other supporting documentation.
This is then pushed securely through to our document storage system, allowing us to package your case, to present it to your assigned solicitor. Our seamless technical integrations ensure a smooth process, allowing the beginning of the legal side of your matter, once you’ve been onboarded with us.

Your qualified case is passed to our legal team
Finally, our bespoke system outputs a full packaged matter for one of our solicitors, detailing all relevant statements, facts and figures with respect to your claim. At this stage, the solicitor, or paralegal where required will investigate your case, reviewing the information provided, and contact you should there be any further information needed. Alternatively, you will receive ongoing communication as to the progress of your matter.
